IsItHuman.app provides AI content detection services including text analysis, image verification, and multimedia content analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy of detection results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious or harmful content
• Respect our rate limits and fair usage policies
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

4. Privacy and Data Handling

We respect your privacy:

• Uploaded files are deleted immediately after analysis
• Text content is processed but not stored long-term
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• Optional account creation stores only analysis results

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: 10 analyses per day, basic features
• Supporter ($5/month): Unlimited scans, priority processing
• Professional ($10/month): All features, API access, commercial license

All subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for digital services.

6. Limitation of Liability

IsItHuman.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
